*Effective June 1st, 2026, all planning requests/ applications will be processed through our online submittal portal GeoCivix.

NOTE: Effective August 1st, 2026 - All Pool Permits, Road Cuts & Right of Way Permits will require the establishment of a Surety before work may begin and a permit issued, if applicable. For more information on this you can contact the Planning Department.
Notice: Regarding Utilities & Development
Please note that utility services are not provided by the Town of Nolensville, however availability documentation is a requirement for development.
Utility flow and capacity analysis for water and sewer services must be coordinated between the developer and the appropriate utility provider.
Sewer service is provided by Metro Water (located in Nashville). Metro Water Services issues a “Sewer Capacity Requirements” or an “Availability of Sewer Services” letter confirming that your project has adequate sewer capacity, which is required for development.
Water service is provided by Nolensville College Grove Water District.
