2026 Brushstrokes Across Nolensville
The Town of Nolensville's Trails, Arts, Parks, and Streetscapes Advisory Committee (TAPS), in collaboration with the Artist Guild of Nolensville (AGN), brings art to Nolensville Road and the Town of Nolensville! Brushstrokes Across Nolensville will be a curated display of artwork printed on vibrant vinyl banners and hung on street poles along a prominent section of roadway through town. These banners will showcase the work of Tennessee artists, with each banner featuring a unique piece of art. Selected artworks will be printed on individual street banners and exhibited from Spring 2026 - Fall 2026.
In celebration of the 250th America’s birthday, artists of all ages were encouraged to express their own individual interpretation and visual voice within this theme of 'We the People'.

Greenway Map & Mill Creek Access Sign
The new Greenway Map and Mill Creek Access Sign were installed last week by Public Works at the Gregory Park Kiosk near the Mill Creek Access Point. This addition has been a culmination of projects and efforts by the community, town staff, local eagle and boy scouts, TSRA (TN Scenic Rivers Assoc.) and the Trees and Trail Committee. What started as a single Mill Creek Access point has now transformed into an educational family friendly destination for locals and visitors alike. The addition of benches creates a place for residents to sit and enjoy the quiet rippling of Mill Creek. The TTAC Semi Annual Mill Creek cleanups and Weed Wrangle events have helped remove invasive plants and maintain brush for better views and visibility. Access Street Signs were installed to help locate the area from Nolensville and Johnson Industrial. Map elements include Greenway Map, Walk and Bike Safety, and info on the newly approved Walk and Bike Masterplan with QR code. Our hope is that the community will continue to embrace and enjoy Mill Creek and the Greenways in Nolensville as we continue to improve this area. Thank you to everyone involved for making a positive impact in Nolensville.
