Request Building Inspection:
All inspections must be submitted through GeoCivix. You can do this in two ways:
- Search by Project Number: Select the Inspections tab at the top of the homepage, and choose Schedule an Inspection. When prompted, enter the project number. Confirm the information is correct, and choose from the given list which inspection you are requesting. When finished, select Confirm and Submit. You will receive an email, confirming the inspection has been scheduled, and another with the inspection results.
- Select from Project Page: On the project page, select the Inspections tab on the left. Choose from the list of inspections, and select Confirm and Submit. You will receive an email, confirming the inspection has been scheduled, and another with the inspection results.
Third Party Inspections
Tennessee Code Annotated §68-120-101 states that a person may engage a third-party inspector to complete all building inspections required by the Town of Nolensville. If this is something you wish to take part in, please fill out these forms and email them to codes@nolensvilletn.gov
