Rezoning Checklist

1. Name of any proposed development associated with the rezoning
2. Names, addresses and contact information of land owner(s) and all individual parties, officers, directors and/or beneficial owners holding more than a five percent interest in the project where the landowner is a partnership, corporation, or other business venture identified. 
3. Name, address, contact information of all design professionals
4. Dates of any previous submittals and revisions
5. Tax map, group, parcel number (s) and addresses of site
6. Vicinity map with site location and corporate limits (if one-half mile of site)
7. Survey, including the length of the boundaries of the site measured to the nearest foot, as surveyed by a Registered Land Surveyor.  Site identification should include a list, by tax map and parcel number, of all parcels to be rezoned. 
8. Plans drawn extending a minimum of 50 feet beyond the property limits
9. North arrow, graphic scale, and legend of symbols and line types
10. Existing Zoning District, Land Use Plan Category, any Overlays and the Proposed Zoning District
11. Acreage of the site
12. Road network including the street name, right of way width, and functional classification.
