ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

The Town of Nolensville is accepting sealed bids for 2023 Roadway Repairs – consisting of undercutting, base failure repair, cold planing, asphalt surfacing, striping, and infrared repair.  Bids are due in before 2:00 PM. on Thursday, September 14, 2023 and will be opened promptly afterwards.

Bids must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to:

Each envelope must be plainly marked with: “2023 Roadway Repairs”, Name of Bidder, Bidder's Address, Bidder's Tennessee License Number, Bidder's License Expiration Date, Subcontractors Name, Subcontractors TN Contractors License Number, and Subcontractors License Expiration Date.

Bidders must submit a copy of a current contractor’s license and business license, copies of liability and worker’s compensation insurance with the bid.  Bidders must be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Winning Bidder will be notified once Bids are tabulated and checked.

* If bid exceeds available funds, the Town of Nolensville reserves the right to reduce the quantities to fit available funds.  All items shall be bid with the understanding that the quantity for any item may be increased, decreased, or deleted at the direction of the engineer or the Town of Nolensville.  It is the intent to complete all work listed, but work can be eliminated or added by the engineer or the Town of Nolensville to fit available funds.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Banking Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Town of Nolensville is seeking written proposals from qualified banking institutions with a full-service branch bank to submit proposals to provide depository and banking services to the Town for a three-year period beginning with the date of the award and extending through June 30, 2027. Proposals may only be submitted by banking institutions with either a federal or State of Tennessee bank charter.

DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM (Central Time). All proposals should be mailed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135. The envelope containing the Written Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked "Request for Proposal – Banking Services”. Proposals that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed statements will not be accepted.

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN The Town of Nolensville is seeking a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS from professional engineering firms for a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Water Resources American Rescue Plan Non-Collaborative Grants-State Water Infrastructure Grants Program Project. All submittals should be mailed to Montique Luster, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS IS FRIDAY, AUGUST 18, 2023 AT 2:00 PM (Central Time). The envelope containing the Statement of Qualifications must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked "Statement of Qualifications – ARP Plan”. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) The Town of Nolensville is seeking a STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS 
from professional, qualified firms or individuals. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee, will receive Statements of Qualifications from professional, qualified design firms to integrate the new Zoning Ordinance regulations and standards into Esri’s Arc Urban platform and provide adequate training for Planning Department staff for administration of the new Zoning Code.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS IS FRIDAY, JUNE 30,2023 AT 12:00 PM (Central Time). All electronically submissions should be sent to Samuel Luthi, Town Planner via email: sgluthi@nolensvilletn.gov. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee, will receive Statements of Qualifications from professional, qualified architectural design firms to develop a new Pattern book that will coexist alongside the new Zoning Ordinance and serve to further support and enforce the vision and desires of the Town.
