Town of Nolensville Zoning Ordinance

This Ordinance, the Zoning Map, and the standards and requirements of this Ordinance, are applicable to and shall govern all Development, re-Development, Improvements, land, Structures, Alterations, modifications, construction, re-construction, Buildings, Lots, Building Sites, Development Parcels, and land Use within the jurisdiction of the Town.

No Improvement shall be made or Structure shall be erected or structurally Altered, and none of the foregoing activities shall take place, except in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. This document was approved at the March 2nd, 2023 BOC meeting, and went into effect on March 17th, 2023. Click on the link below to view.
