Application Fees
Application Fees are required with the submittal of the application.  The application will not be reviewed by staff until the fee is received by the Town.  Please note all fees must be paid by check at this time.  Payment can be mailed to the Planning Department at: 7218 Nolensville Rd, Nolensville, TN 37135 or dropped off in person.

*A Fee of $5,000 must be paid by the applicant to the Town at the time of submittal that triggers the design review process.  The consultant firm will keep time records for each project.  Where the consultant's time, based upon the consultant's standard hourly rate, exceeds the Fee(s) imposed, the applicant must pay an additional $5,000 prior to further review of the project by the Town. This process continues until all design review of a project is complete.  The applicant is entitled to a partial refund if the fees paid by the applicant exceeds the consultant's total charges.

Adequate Facilities Tax
Adequate Facilities Tax are due when applying for a building permit.  Please contact the Building and Codes Department.
