Application Fees are required with the submittal of the application.  Application will not be reviewed by staff until the fee is received by the Town.

     10-50 acres  $400.00
     over 50 acres  $700.00
 Annexation noncontiguous  
     less than 10 acres  $250.00

 Land Use Plan Amendment  $1000.00
 Rezone  $500.00
 Preliminary Plat Standard Subdivision  $500.00 plus $30.00 per lot or dwelling unit
 Master Concept PUD Plan (overlay)  $600.00 plus $20.00 per lot or dwelling unit
 Final PUD Plan/Preliminary Plat   (overlay)  $500.00 plus $15.00 per lot or dwelling unit
 Minor Plat Revision  $75.00
 Final Plat  $300.00 plus $25.00 per lot or dwelling unit
 Planned Development (PD)   Application  $1000.00 plus $.03 per square foot of nonresidential and   $15.00 per dwelling unit
 Development Plan (PD)
 Minor Revision

Commercial, Mixed use, and Attached Housing Design Review Fee  $5,000 to be drawn from to pay consultant, remainder returned to applicant

Adequate Facilities Tax
Adequate Facilities Tax are due when applying for a building permit
