As cleanup efforts continue throughout the community, residents are advised that the Town of Nolensville does not offer debris removal service. The town does not have the equipment, staffing capacity or budget to remove or take ownership of debris from private property. Removal of debris from private property remains the responsibility of the property owner. Residents are asked to refrain from hauling debris to the recycle center and are asked to take debris to the Williamson County Landfill located at 5750 Pinewood Road, Franklin, TN 37064.

Residents are asked to keep debris contained within their yards and refrain from placing debris on sidewalks or in the roadway, as doing so creates a safety hazard and may interfere with ongoing operations.

Thank you for your cooperation as crews continue work throughout the community.

Freezing Temperature Tips: Over the next few weeks, cold temperatures are expected in Nolensville. Taking a few preventative steps now can help protect your home and reduce the risk of frozen pipes or fire sprinkler systems.

🔹 Set all in-home thermostats to maintain a minimum temperature of 60°F.
🔹 Make sure your heating system is working properly and delivering heat to all areas of your home.
🔹 Inspect attic spaces for exposed piping that may be vulnerable to freezing. Ensure insulation is properly installed and replace any insulation that is damaged, missing, or displaced.
🔹 Check doors, windows, and foundation vents, and seal or close any unnecessary openings to keep cold air out.
🔹Know where your main water shutoff valve is located.
🔹 Identify the shutoff valve for your fire sprinkler system and ensure you have the proper tool or screwdriver readily available.

A little preparation can help prevent major damage. Stay warm and stay safe, Nolensville.
