Special Event Permit

Special Events such as runs, walks, triathlons, parades, and festivals are a very important part our community’s quality of life.  The Town has developed this Special Events form to assist event organizer with the application and approval process. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will delay processing which could affect the availability of your preferred event date or location. If approved, the Town will make every effort to ensure that your event is successful and safe with minimal impact on the environment, surrounding neighborhoods, and businesses.

To ensure a successful event, please follow these instructions for obtaining a Special Event permit.

  1. Fill out the Special Event Permit Application.
  2. Submit the application to the Town Manager at least 90 days before your event.
  3. Secure other relevant permits.
