- Process Improvement - Filled all open positions within a timely manner after becoming vacant. This was achievable by keeping job descriptions current and having an objective hiring process.
- Started an employee recognition where the employees are recognized for years of service.
- Community Outreach – promoted diversity and inclusion, encouraging minorities to apply.
