Human Resources Department 2021-2022 Accomplishments
- Created a more objective performance review system that will allow for a more accurate and fair structure.
- Obtained a new broker for health insurance. Through this, the Town is now able to offer family medical coverage for a very minor cost to employees.
- Completed Municipal Management Academy Level 1 through MTAS.
