Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for all personnel related activities including maintaining all employee and insurance records and ensuring that the Town complies with all State and Federal labor regulations.

Human Resources Department 2021-2022 Accomplishments

  • Created a more objective performance review system that will allow for a more accurate and fair structure. 
  • Obtained a new broker for health insurance. Through this, the Town is now able to offer family medical coverage for a very minor cost to employees.
  • Completed Municipal Management Academy Level 1 through MTAS.
