Administration
The Town of Nolensville is chartered as a Manager-Commissioner form of government. The Board of Commissioners is the policy making body, while the Town Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer.
The Town Manager is responsible for carrying out policies and ordinances set by the Board of Commissioners, gathering information and making recommendations to the Board, supervising Town departments, and preparing an annual budget.
The creation of the annual operating budget represents a significant effort across the departments, in conjunction with the Finance Department and the Town Manager. This year, the Town published the 1st Edition of the Town of Nolensville FY 2022 Annual Budget Book.
The Administration Department is home to the Town Manager, Town Recorder, and administrative support for each division within the Town.
