Starting today, Thursday, August 28, the contractor for the new Sagebrook Subdivision, located on Clovercroft Road across from Dante Ranch Lane in the Bent Creek subdivision, will begin installing sewer lines.

During this time, sections of the roadway will be reduced to one lane with traffic control flaggers in place. Please use caution when traveling through the area and allow for potential delays.

The Town of Nolensville's Engineering Department is currently conducting its annual stormwater inspections. Over the next few weeks, staff will be performing visual assessments of stormwater outfall structures as part of our MS4 Permit requirements. These inspections are a routine process that help identify signs of pollution, erosion, or other issues that could impact the health of Mill Creek and its surrounding tributaries. The data collected will be included in the Town’s annual report to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
By completing these yearly inspections, we’re helping to protect and preserve our community’s waterways, so they remain clean and beautiful for years to come.

➡️ Traffic control flaggers will be on-site to help direct vehicles safely through the area.
We encourage drivers to plan ahead, allow for extra travel time, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
