The pedestrian signal on Sunset Road, located at Sunset Elementary School and Sunset Middle School, is now operational. This new signal enhances safety for walkers and bikers by providing a controlled crossing. When activated by pressing the button, vehicle traffic is briefly stopped, and the walk signal allows pedestrians and cyclists to cross safely. Once the crossing phase is complete, normal traffic flow resumes.
Please note: the signal will only stop traffic when activated by a pedestrian or cyclist.
We encourage students, families, and community members to utilize this new signal when crossing to ensure the safest travel along Sunset Road.

The Town of Nolensville's Engineering Department is currently conducting its annual stormwater inspections. Over the next few weeks, staff will be performing visual assessments of stormwater outfall structures as part of our MS4 Permit requirements. These inspections are a routine process that help identify signs of pollution, erosion, or other issues that could impact the health of Mill Creek and its surrounding tributaries. The data collected will be included in the Town’s annual report to the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
By completing these yearly inspections, we’re helping to protect and preserve our community’s waterways, so they remain clean and beautiful for years to come.

Atmos Natural Gas will be making a roadway repair in the eastbound lane near 2357 Rocky Fork Road on Tuesday, August 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
