The Nolensville Police Department is proud to announce that three of its officers have successfully completed the prestigious FBI LEEDS (Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar) Trilogy Program. This comprehensive leadership development series enhances the skills and effectiveness of law enforcement leaders through a commitment to ongoing education.
The Trilogy Program consists of three pivotal courses: the Supervisor Leadership Institute, the Command Leadership Institute, and the Executive Leadership Institute. Each course is designed to empower law enforcement executives with advanced skills in areas such as ethics, communication, decision-making, and leadership principles.
