We are now accepting all residential and commercial application through the online portal, GeoCivix. Here is a link to the website and here is a link for instructions on creating an account and getting started. As of July 1, 2026 we will no longer be accepting paper applications for the following:
Residential: New Build, Reno/Addition, Deck, Swimming Pool, Plumbing, Mechanical, and/or Sprinkler
Commercial: New Build, Buildout, Plans Review, Plumbing, Mechanical, and/or Sprinkler
Other: Mobile Annual Food Vendor, Temporary Mobile Vendor, Fireworks, New Business, Appeal Decision of Building Official, Operate Outside of Construction Hours, and/or Demolition
