Zoning Certification Letter
The purpose of a Zoning Certification Letter is to establish the specified zoning of a parcel within the Town of Nolensville at the date of issuance.
*Effective June 1st, 2026, all planning requests/ applications will be processed through our online submittal portal GeoCivix.

Applicants needing a Zoning Certification Letter shall submit a completed application through the Town's online submission portal.
The request will be reviewed by the Zoning Administrator for completeness and take action in the form of a letter that is provided to the applicant.
