**Site Plan Applications should only be used if your project has vesting in the 2020 Zoning Ordinance**

The following are key sections in the 2020 Zoning Ordinance that should be referenced when preparing a site plan application.  These are referred to as either an Article or an Appendix. 
Article 2:       Zoning District Use and lot regulations
Article 3:       Parking and access requirements
Article 6:       Resource protection:  slopes, sinkholes, hilltops/ridges, greenways (Also see separate stormwater ordinance and floodplain ordinance under municipal codes)
Article 7:        Erosion control and stormwater management
Article 8:        Performance standards:  exterior lighting, noise, odor, air pollution, vibration
Article 9:        Procedures
Appendix A:   Sign regulations
