
Founders Day

The Town of Nolensville will commemorate its 30th Birthday and Founders Day on Saturday, October 3, 2026, with a celebration honoring the Town's history and vision for the future. The celebration will include a month-long digital passport program supporting local businesses, the launch of an official Town flag design campaign, and a ceremonial time capsule burial at Town Hall.
Founders Day is designed to celebrate the people, places, and organizations that have shaped Nolensville over the last 30 years while creating lasting memories and preserving the Town's history for future generations.
Official Town of Nolensville Flag Design Campaign
As part of the Founders Day celebration, the Town has launched a community-wide design campaign to establish the Official Flag of the Town of Nolensville.
Residents of all ages are invited to submit designs that reflect the Town's identity, history, and future.

Design Requirements
All submitted designs must:
Incorporate the Town of Nolensville's official logo.
If you need a different logo file, please contact TownHall@NolensvilleTN.gov
Utilize the Town's official brand colors
Primary HEX Color #4c5617
Secondary HEX Colors #f5e5c4 and #707e22
Must be 3'x5' (36 inches x 60 inches) design
Represent the spirit, heritage, and/or future of Nolensville
Be suitable for official municipal use
Include a written explanation of the design's symbolism and meaning

NOTE: you must be a Nolensville resident to submit a design.
Selection Process
The Board of Commissioners will review all eligible submissions and vote on the final design during its regular Commission Meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
The selected design will become the Official Flag of the Town of Nolensville and will be unveiled during the Founders Day celebration.
A replica of the adopted flag will also be included in the Town's 30-Year Time Capsule.
