Mission Statement

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for the people within Nolensville by effectively and efficiently delivering all-hazard emergency services.

Who We Are

Nolensville Fire & Rescue is a small combination department that serves the Town of Nolensville and parts of the unincorporated areas within Williamson County. Our personnel includes full-time, part-time, and volunteer firefighters who maintain the highest level of professionalism while serving our citizens. We respond to a wide range of emergencies, including fires, medical aids, vehicle collisions, and technical rescues. Outside of emergency response, we take pride in immersing ourselves in our community. We offer car seat installations, smoke detector checks, sprinkler system checks, and other forms of public education. Our staff is also trained to conduct fire prevention inspections and enforce life and safety fire codes.

We have 17 full-time staff, 12 volunteers, and 18 part-time staff who operate out of our main station on Haley Industrial, with a reserve engine at the county station on Nolensville Road, where volunteers or other staff can respond from. We operate on three shifts with five people per shift who work on a 48/96 rotating schedule. We have a fire marshal and a fire chief who operate as the administration.
