Hiring: Interim Town Attorney  -  Closed

The Town of Nolensville is accepting applications for the position of Interim Town Attorney for immediate consideration. The Town of Nolensville (pop. 10,062) in Williamson County, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced municipal attorney to serve as Interim Town Attorney for a three-month period.

Due to a recent referendum, Nolensville will convert from a mayor-aldermanic government to a city manager-commission government this fall.  The Interim Town Attorney should have extensive knowledge of and experience with the manager-commission form of government.  The Interim Town Attorney will serve on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week) and will be required to attend night meetings including Board of Mayor and Aldermen / Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Historic Zoning Commission meetings.  The Town anticipates hiring a permanent part-time Town Attorney after the new Board of Commissioners is seated in October.

For immediate consideration, send a letter of interest and Resume/C.V. to Misti Duenez at  mduenez@nolensvilletn.gov.  All qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a completed Application in order to be considered for an open position. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
