Nolensville Fire & Rescue Recipient of Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant

The Town of Nolensville and Nolensville Fire & Rescue were honored as a recipient of a Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant awarded for the Fiscal Year 2021 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The department is being awarded $1,153,464, to be received over a 3-year period, that will be used for the hiring of 6 new firefighters the Town needs to raise our daily staffed numbers while working in conjunction with our mutual aid departments to reach the NFPA standards.
