REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) - Purchasing Cards

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) YOU ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT A STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR: Purchasing Cards for the Town of Nolensville.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee, will receive Written Proposals from qualified commercial financial institutions for the provision of purchasing card (credit card) services for all agencies of the Town of Nolensville. All submittals should be mailed to the Office of the Finance, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS is Friday, March 11, 2022 at 4:00 PM (Central Time). A complete RFP is available on the Town’s website: www.nolensvilletn.gov.  The envelope containing the Proposals must be sealed and addressed to Christina Merle, Finance Director, and plainly marked "Statement of Qualifications – PURCHASING CARDS”. Proposals that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. The Town of Nolensville shall reserve the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Victor Lay, Town Manager via email at vlay@nolensvilletn.gov or Christina Merle, Finance Director via email at cmerle@nolensvilletn.gov. No answers will be given over the phone. Written answers shall be provided as an amendment to the RFP and will be posted for all interested parties on the Nolensville website no later than close of business on March 7, 2022.
