Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Nolensville will hold public hearings at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 29, 2021. All public hearings will be held at Town Hall located at 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, TN.
Ordinance 21-28, An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map of Nolensville, Tennessee to Rezone Property at 7399 & 7407 Nolensville Road from Suburban Residential (SR) to Planned District (PD 6.0, 160,000) and 2042 Williams Road and an Unaddressed Parcel along Nolensville Road from Estate Residential (ER) to Planned District (PD 6.0, 160,000)
Ordinance 21-30, An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map of Nolensville, Tennessee to Rezone an Unaddressed Parcel along Nolensville Road from Suburban Residential (SR) and Village Center (VC) To Planned District (PD 6.0, 160,000) and 7350 Nolensville Road From Village Center (VC) To Planned District (Pd 6.0, 160,000)
