Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Nolensville will hold public hearings at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2024, or as soon thereafter as the item can be considered by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Nolensville. All public hearings will be held at Town Hall located at 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, TN.
Public Hearing of Ordinance 24-02, An Ordinance of the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee, Adopting the Annual Budget and Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2024 and Ending June 30, 2025.
Public Hearing of Ordinance 24-03, An Ordinance to Rezone Town-Owned Property at 1686 Sunset Road from Natural Character District (CD-1) and Rural Character District (CD-2) to Civic District (CV)
Public Hearing of Ordinance 24-04, An Ordinance Amending the Personnel Manual in the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee
All ordinances are available for public inspection in the Office of the Town Recorder for anyone who desires to examine it.
All meetings are open and public sessions in accordance with law. All interested persons are urged to attend. Citizens who wish to address the Board of Commissioners during Citizens Comments and/or Public Hearings may speak up to three (3) minutes per individual, and groups can defer time to a single representative up to a maximum of 12 minutes.
