1998-12 Historic Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes
MINUTES FROM HISTORIC DISTRICT MEETING
DECEMBER 7, 1998 7 P.M.
TOWN HALL
 
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Rick Fisher.
 
Those in attendance were Rick Fisher, Lulu Smith, Charles Knapper and Patsy Henry who represent the Historic District Commission. Lois Liden and Ellen King, the applicants, and Jim Finley, the Codes Official was also in attendance.
 
The only item on the agenda was an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for 7305 Nolensville Road, Cedarberry Antique Mall.
 
Rick Fisher addressed the applicant.
Patsy Henry commented and mentioned the Federal Standards.
Applicants stated that they understood from Pat Aldred that it would not be a problem.
Lulu Smith commented.
Mayor Knapper commented and pointed out that the applicant met 8.3.3.J of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Nolensville.
 
A motion was made by Charles Knapper and seconded by Lulu Smith to approve the application with the following condition: Changes that have been made to the building are to be removed if Cedarberry vacates the building. The motion passed 3-0 with an abstention from Patsy Henry.
 
A motion was made by Charles Knapper and seconded by Lulu Smith to allow the applicant to paint the remainder of the building to match the existing paint. This motion passed unanimously.
 
Meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. with a motion by Charles Knapper and a second by Rick Fisher.
