Beer Board of Nolensville, Tennessee
Nolensville Elementary School, April 2, 2009, 6:00 p.m.
Members present were Mayor Beth Lothers, Aldermen Jimmy Alexander, Tommy Dugger, Larry Felts, and Ken Thomas. Staff present was Counsel Robert Notestine and Town Recorder Cindy Lancaster. Three citizens were present.
The Nolensville Beer Board had an application from Wheeler’s Coast In Market. Mr. Isaac Wheeler, owner of Coast In Market, had previously held a license which were revoked for selling alcohol to a minor in September 2008.
After discussion with the applicant, the board verified that measures were in place to avoid selling alcohol to a minor again.
Alderman Dugger made a motion to approve the Wheeler Coast In Market beer license, Alderman Alexander seconded and this was approved unanimously.
By acclamation the meeting adjourned at 6:11 p.m.
