How to Use the Subdivision Regulations
The Subdivision Regulations set the procedures and development standards for the subdivision of land within the town, including requirements for streets and alleys, and maintenance and required improvements. It also provides the requirements for stormwater management, right-of-way dedication, underground utilities, and landscape improvements.

Previous Versions for Vested Developments
Development projects that were approved prior to April 12 2022 are considered ‘vested’ according to State law. These developments are subject to the standards in effect at the time the project was originally approved. For vesting purposes, the previous Subdivision Regulations are found below. Any new application is subject to the 2022 Subdivision Regulations listed above.
