Checklist

Submit the following information with the sign permit

1. Drawings of the sign's design, location, measurements and general specifications
2. Written consent of the property owner
3. A copy of the Master Sign Plan should be submitted with the sign application for multi tenant developments
4. An illuminated sign requires an electrical inspection and the following should be provided:

• electrical plan, if a new circuit is being used
• UL approved and marked sign
• disconnect provided at the sign
• circuit utilized (one dedicated) and location of pane

5. Signs in the Historic District require a Certificate of Appropriateness
