Nolensville College Grove Utility District is a public corporation created under Tennessee law.  As a public utility district, it is a governmental entity created to provide water service to the public and operates within the guidelines of the Tennessee Utility District Law, Title 7, Chapter 82 of the Tennessee Code Annotated,as well as the regulations and policies the Utility District has adopted.  N/CGUD is governed by its own board of directors who reside in and are customers of the Utility District.

N/CGUD is not owned by the Town of Nolensville nor is it part of its organizational structure.
