The application was considered in two parts. Tommy Dugger made a motion to approve the bed and breakfast, Ron Randell seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.

The second consideration, historic home special events, was considered next. Ron Randell made a motion to approve with Tommy seconding the motion. Discussion with town attorney Notestine indicated that the home owners, The Bennetts are residing at the home as a result of their placing furniture in the home and the fact that they are paying the utility bills for the home.
