The Board of Adjustment and Appeals serves to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the building official relative to the application and interpretation as outlined in the Standard Fire Prevention Code Sections 105.1 – 105.3.3. and Section 108 of the Standard Building Code.
