Upon completion of his Law Degree (J.D.), Bob engaged in private law practice with an emphasis for real estate. He started his real estate profession in 1980, selling and managing residential, investment, and commercial real estate properties as well as managing brokerage divisions. His duties included extensive involvement in the planning of residential and commercial development and the acquisition and development of real properties. He also has experience in zoning law, real estate development, state and local administrative law, commercial law, leases, landlord and tenant matters and contracts. He is the City Attorney for Oak Hill, Tennessee.


Bob has been Nolensville's Town Attorney since 1996. His responsibilities include advising the Town’s Boards and Committees on the law and the impact of legal matters as they arise and handling any lawsuits that result from the Town’s decisions. He currently sits on the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, Planning Commission, Historic Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
