Package Liquor Sales Referendum Approved
On November 6, 2012, the citizens of Nolensville approved a referendum allowing the retail sales of package liquor within the Town limits of Nolensville. The referendum was approved with 68% of the vote.
Ordinance 13-02 has been Approved
The proposed ordinance that establishes package liquor store regulations (Ordinance 13-02) was passed on first reading by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at its February 7, 2013, meeting. A public hearing on Ordinance 13-02 was held on Thursday, March 7, 2013, and Ordinance 13-02 was passed on final reading by the Board at its April 4, 2013, meeting.

The Town's staff, along with their attorney, are currently determining the procedures that will be required to apply for a Certificate of Compliance for package liquor sales within the Town of Nolensville. Once the Application/Certificate of Compliance has been created, it will be made available on our website and at Town Hall. Although unsure how long this process will take, The Town will notify the public via our website and the newspapers when the application form is available.
Public Hearing Scheduled for Ordinance 13-05
A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 6, on Ordinance 13-05, an ordinance to determine the zoning districts that would permit packaged liquor store. First reading was passed on Thursday, April 4, with the final reading to be held at the July Board of Mayor and Aldermen Meeting.
