Artisan/Craft/Vintage Vendor - 10X10 space $75 __________

Booth Category Description: 
Artisan/Craft/Vintage- one of a kind, handmade art or craft items make up the majority of your booth. 
Food Vendor- anyone selling food, drinks or items for consumption. Proof of insurance is required and a copy MUST BE provided with application, sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. Must fit in a 10X10 space or rent 2 spaces.
Business/Retail-anyone selling retail items they did not make – must be a LOCAL Nolensville Brick and Mortar Business. Also, those not selling anything but wanting to network in the community. Such as Non-Profits and community organizations. No food or water giveaways, please. Due to the fact that this is an artisan/craft festival - Retail/Business Vendor spaces have limited availability. 
Church- Nolensville area churches are provided with one 10x10 space free of charge. You may not give away any food or beverages. All activities must be approved by the Buttercup Committee. 
The Fine Print - Important Rules!!! MUST READ!!!!!! ● Applications will be reviewed by the Historic Nolensville Buttercup Festival Committee and you will be notified by email if you have been accepted. Upon acceptance, you must remit payment by check or money order made payable to Nolensville Buttercup Festival within 7 business days to hold your space. Do NOT send in money with your application unless you are vendor returning from last year. Checks can not be mailed back. ● Set up hours are Friday from 3-7 pm and Saturday from 7-9 am. Vendors must be set up NO later than 9 am. ● Communication will be made by email. Including: acceptance, set-up information, etc. ● Vendors must remain for the duration of the Festival. No breaking down early. Violating this rule will result in forfeiting your space. In the event you run out of product, you still may not break until the end of the festival at 5:00pm. ● No alcoholic beverages permitted at the Festival. ● Festival is Rain or Shine, no refunds for bad weather. Please secure any tents, canopies or tie downs in the event of bad weather. ● No Buttercup Festival merchandise, unless you have been given prior approval by the Buttercup committee. ● All effort will be given to provide returning vendors their location preference. However we can not guarantee any specific location.
