RE:  Town of Nolensville Pedestrian Trail Project - Phase 1

Dear Governor;

I am writing in support of the above grant application for the Town of Nolensville.  The proposed grant will provide for the construction of almost two miles of trail.  At completion the trail will provide for the pedestrian movement of children and adults across the community.

Currently there are no trails in the town to move our citizens and all transportation is by car.  Trails are ideal for pedestrian travel.  New and existing residents can bicycle or walk for local transportation reducing their vehicular independence.

The proposed trail will add a layer of quality of life in our town.  I heartily support this grant application.
