The Town of Nolensville is seeking to fill an integral part-time position. This position will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the Building Codes and Planning Departments. Job duties include: answering and directing phone calls, photocopying, scanning, faxing, greeting and directing walk-ins, data entry, responding to codes and general inquiries, processing incoming work requests, email communications, providing clerical support for codes enforcement, attending meetings, and other job duties as required and assigned.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, combination of education and administrative/clerical experience, and Word and Excel skills are required. Starting salary is $16.01 per hour.
